What precautions will be taken in regard to COVID-19?
It is of utmost importance to us to provide a safe, healthy, and relaxing experience for all who attend. We will adhere to all CDC guidelines as well as any government COVID-19 restrictions in New Mexico during the time of the retreat.
Since many spaces will be shared we ask that attendees be fully vaccinated or provide a negative COVID-19 test result (taken within 3 days) prior to attending in order to minimize risk and preserve the retreat experience.
In addition to the above, we are taking the following precautions:
Retreat leaders Jenn and Jackie, as well as the staff at Casa Gallina are all fully vaccinated.
Yoga will take place outdoors when weather allows, otherwise we will practice indoors with windows open and yoga mats spaced out as far as possible. If indoors, we will also use an air purifier.
We ask that all students bring their own personal props.
We will not be performing any hands-on physical adjustments during yoga practice, but will offer verbal adjustments as needed.
All meals will be outdoors when weather allows.
This will be a small group retreat of 10 people.
What type of yoga will be taught?
We will offer multiple styles of yoga throughout the retreat such as hatha, vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga classes to help you feel balanced. Classes will be all-levels and taught in an adaptable way so that you can honor your body and get what you need out of each class. We will also offer guided morning meditations.
Are all meals provided?
YES! We will be providing all meals during the course of the retreat. In addition to this, each Casita has a full kitchen and refrigerator that you can use if you desire. Feel free to bring your favorite snacks and refreshments. Each Casita has a coffee pot and is stocked with coffee and fix-ins, as well as fresh eggs from the beautiful chickens that live on the grounds.
What if I have a food allergy?
We will send out a questionnaire once you are signed up so that we can accommodate any food allergies.
Is alcohol allowed on the retreat?
We will not be providing any alcohol on this retreat, but if you are over 21 years old then you are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages if you choose. We just ask that you drink responsibly.
What will the schedule be like?

The next two days you can expect guided morning meditation and yoga, healthy breakfast and lunch, free time for relaxation or optional group excursions , gentle evening yoga, and catered outdoor dinner. On the final morning we will have a nourishing breakfast and yoga class before you set out on your journey home.
